DISC
The Thomas DISC Assessment helps you understand how people behave at work, how they communicate, respond to pressure, make decisions, and work with others. Built on the globally validated DISC model, the assessment reveals core behavioral drivers across four dimensions proven to impact workplace performance:
- Dominance – task-oriented, assertive, and competitive
- Influence – sociable, persuasive, and enthusiastic
- Steadiness – calm, consistent, and team-focused
- Compliance – analytical, detail-driven, and process-oriented
MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality types sorts people into one of 16 different personality types.
The MBTI® is based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological type.
It indicates your personality preferences in four dimensions:
- Where you focus your attention – Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I)
- The way you take in information – Sensing (S) or INtuition (N)
- How you make decisions – Thinking (T) or Feeling (F)
- How you deal with the world – Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)
The four letters that make up your personality type can help you to understand yourself and your interactions with others.
